I feel privileged to be able to dive regularly in Nelson Bay and this period was no exception.
I photographed a Brown Tiger prawn for the first time, sadly said goodbye to both Dani Coombes and my son David who returned to the UK and Switzerland respectively, saw Blind sharks mating and witnessed strange behaviour by Crested Horn sharks in the Halifax shallows. I suspect that they may have been caught and released from fishing nets as they were clearly disorientated and in distress.
